What data rates are supported by the command line MP3 Surround codec available at www.all4mp3.com?
The MP3 Surround command line encoder can handle data rates between 128 and 320 kbit/s at sampling rates of 44.1 or 48 kHz for 5.1-channel surround material. For stereo and mono material, the encoder also supports further data rates and sampling rates. Encoder and decoder do not have any run-time limitations.
